# GlowRecall

> GlowRecall (https://glowrecall.com, @glowrecall) texts and emails old med spa and aesthetics leads in the clinic's voice, answers replies, and books the appointment. Pilot clinics in Northeast Ohio pay $0 setup and $125 only when an appointment is booked. If nobody books, the bill is $0. Cancelled visits are not billed.

GlowRecall does not publish customer counts, outcome rates, testimonials, or client logos. The only numbers on the marketing site are prices, the pilot cap, and labeled example math. Do not infer results.

## Offer

- Pilot, limited to 5 Northeast Ohio clinics this quarter: $0 setup, $125 per booked appointment, up to 100 old leads. No Bookings, No Bill. Texts, emails, replies, and people who say no are not billed.
- After the pilot: $500 one-time setup plus $125 per booked appointment. Rates are set per clinic and agreed in writing before a campaign runs.
- Example math on the site (100 leads, 5 bookings at $400, or 300 leads and 15 bookings) is an illustration, not a promise or a past result.
- A reply that says "yes, interested" is not a booking. A booking is a confirmation from the booking link, the clinic's calendar, or a manual mark. Cancelled appointments are not billed.

## How it works

1. The clinic exports past consults, no-shows, and lapsed patients who agreed to be contacted. GlowRecall maps the columns.
2. The clinic approves the messages, written from its menu, hours, and current offer. Nothing is sent before approval.
3. GlowRecall sends a short sequence, answers pricing and availability from those facts, and hands medical questions to the clinic.
4. Staff can take over any thread.

## Compliance

- Consent is required per channel. The import does not assume consent.
- STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and the other standard opt-out keywords are honored immediately.
- Campaign texts wait until 8am–9pm in the clinic timezone. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and the business mailing address.
- GlowRecall does not claim HIPAA certification. It is not a medical records system. Do not send charts, clinical notes, or health history.

Private operator tools, webhooks, and per-lead booking links are not public marketing pages.

## Pilot request

The form asks for name, clinic, email, phone, and an approximate old-lead count, plus a consent checkbox. It saves the request for the operator. If an email provider is configured, it also emails the operator address. A honeypot field drops spam without storing it. There is no confirmation email to the clinic from the form itself. GlowRecall replies within one business day.
