From the public pilot form: your name, clinic name, email, phone number, and an approximate count of old leads, plus the fact that you checked the consent box.

From a clinic that hires us: the lead list the clinic uploads so we can follow up. That usually means a name, phone or email, whether that person agreed to be contacted, and the treatment they asked about. We process that list on the clinic's behalf, as a service provider. The clinic decides what to send.

From the operator who runs GlowRecall: a sign-in cookie so the private console stays signed in. That cookie is only for operator login. It is not used to track visitors on the public site.

We do not run advertising pixels. If we add basic traffic analytics later, it will be aggregate counts of page visits, not a profile of you.

Lead data is used only to message people on the clinic's behalf: the texts and emails the clinic approved, replies to those messages, booking, and the audit log the clinic can see. We do not use a clinic's list to market GlowRecall, and we do not combine one clinic's patients with another clinic's list.

STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and the other standard opt-out words are honored immediately. Email includes an unsubscribe link. After an opt-out, we send one confirmation and then stop. A person can also email hello@glowrecall.com and ask us to stop.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent lists. We do not share a clinic's leads with other clinics or with data brokers.

We keep pilot requests and clinic lead records for as long as we need them to run the service and to show the clinic its audit history. Email hello@glowrecall.com to ask for deletion. We will delete or return the clinic's lead data, and delete a pilot request, unless we have to keep a copy for a legal obligation. Opt-out records may be kept so we do not message that person again.

The app runs on Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Workers and D1. When a clinic turns on live email, SMS, or an AI model, those providers (such as Resend, Postmark, Twilio, or an OpenAI-compatible API) receive only what that send requires. Until those are turned on, messages stay inside GlowRecall and are not sent to an outside provider.

Do not send medical charts, clinical notes, diagnoses, or health history. GlowRecall is a follow-up tool, not a medical records system. We ask only for what a follow-up needs: name, phone or email, consent, and the treatment someone asked about.

GlowRecall is for clinics and adult patients. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email hello@glowrecall.com and we will delete it.
