GlowRecall texts and emails a clinic's old leads in that clinic's voice, answers replies from the clinic's menu, hours, and offer, and logs booked appointments. Medical questions are handed to the clinic. Staff can take over any thread. Nothing is sent until the clinic approves the wording.

The clinic is responsible for having permission to text or email each person, including under the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. GlowRecall will only message a channel marked as consented, and it will not assume consent. The clinic must not upload a purchased list or anyone who never opted in. Every marketing email must be able to carry an unsubscribe link and the business mailing address. This page is not legal advice.

The Northeast Ohio pilot is $0 setup and $125 per booked appointment, for up to 100 old leads, limited to 5 clinics this quarter. If nobody books, the bill is $0. A cancelled appointment is not billed. A reply that only says the person is interested is not a booking.

After the pilot, the standard rates are a $500 one-time setup and $125 per booked appointment, unless a different rate is agreed in writing before a campaign runs. There is no retainer.

If a pilot books no appointments, the clinic pays nothing: no setup fee, no software fee, and no management fee. That is the whole results promise. GlowRecall does not guarantee a number of bookings, a revenue figure, or any other outcome. Example math on the website is an illustration, not a forecast.

Do not use GlowRecall to spam, to contact people who did not agree to hear from the clinic, to send medical advice, to upload charts or health history, or to break the law. We can refuse a list or stop a campaign that does any of that.

GlowRecall is a messaging and booking tool. The clinic remains responsible for its offers, its consent, and its patient relationships. To the fullest extent Ohio law allows, GlowRecall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Direct damages, if any, are limited to the fees the clinic actually paid GlowRecall in the three months before the claim.

Either side can stop. The clinic can ask us to end a campaign and delete its lead list. We can end a campaign that breaks these terms. Opt-out records may be kept so those people are not messaged again. Fees already earned for appointments that were booked and not cancelled stay due.
